Type 2 Diabetes and Immune System

We need volunteers who have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, are not on too many medications and have reasonably well controlled blood sugar levels.
The study involves 1 fasting blood sample taken at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Darlinghurst, and will focus on the status of the immune system and function.
